We should pass Jury based law-draft to allow Yazidies in India, and obtain temporary residency in India .

Yazidies are NOT Hindus as many claim --- they are mix of Zorostarians , with some Islamic traditions. But all that is besides the point.

Yazidies are getting slaughtered left right and center by ISIS. And there is no country willing to take them. eg Christians are getting slaughtered by ISIS, but France , UK and USA have started giving passage to Iraqi Christians. For Yazidies, there is no one.

And while we allow them, there is possibilities that non-Yazidies will also try to enter. To stop this, a Jury Inquiry should be there to inquire if person is actually Yazidi and Jury may take his narco-test if needed. That will be sufficient to filter out non-Yazidies.

So if you support that Yazidies should be allowed into India, then please order your MP via SMS to print JURY based law-draft to decide if a person is Yazidi and allow Yazidi into India as temperory worker.

later, we should arm him, and send back, so that they can form their own independent nation in Iraq. But that would require strong Indian Military first and huge weapon manufacturing capabilities. Till then, we shoukd provide them residency.

Aside : please note that SoMoKe, SoMoKe-supporters and CoBhApSwaRa-workers have always opposed JurySys. And Congress-AAP has also opposed entry of Hindues in Bangladesh into India !! And while BJP supports entry of Hindu Bangladeshis in India, in past several decades no BJP MPs ever presented any private member bill that will create procedure for Hindu in Pakistan or Bangladeshi in India. So if you want Yazidies to enter into India, then please dont waste time after CoBhApSwaRa, SoMoKe, SoMoKe-andhbhagats etc
