I wanted to search a law-draft that MLAs passed on 4-july-2014, that empowers Municipal bodies to acquire land to widen road for ZERO compensation. The only comensation will be increase in FSI, which he can sell !!!

I went to Assembly website, but could not find the PDF to the law they had passed on 4-july. So I clicked "search" . And I got tons of help !!!
