can you pls post link to the PDF to the bill passed by Gujarat MLAs upon order of NaMo, that empowers Municipalities to acquire private land , for road widening for ZERO compensation !!

Because I searched a lot, but I could NOT find link to the PDF of the law-draft on Gujarat Assembly.
.
In fact, the "search" section of Gujarat Vidhansabha says "under construction" !! And there is no link like "Laws passed" on Fujarat Assembly website !!!
