What would Japanese get for FDI in railways? Unofficial sources say --- (a) The GoI will give commitment that NO COMPANY WILL BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE AGAINST JAPANESE IN HIGH SPEED RAIL BUSINESS for several years !!!

(b) The Japanese will get a piece of land between Ahmedabad-Mumbai, and the Japanese will put tracks on that land.

(c) And only Japanese trains will run on it, and if any other trains operate then they will have to pay toll to Japanese. company which owns these tracks.

(d) No Indian or other company will be allowed to lay such tracks and run such trains for next several years

(e) And GoI will be required to pay dollars for profits this monopoly makes !!!

(f) Plus Japanse may ask and manage to get tax exemption for several years.

There is NO need for Japanese !! With existing tracks technology, merely by adding more tracks, we can get 4 hour trains between Ahmedabad - Mumbai. Ahmedabad-Mumbai corridor is profit making even today. .

Anyway, when High speed Japanese trains comes, people would be willing to pay twice to thrice that Shatabdi. If one add time to reach airport and time to wait at airport for baggae claim etc, then Ahmedabadi-Mumbai 5 hours train is almost same as flight !!! So Japanese will make windfall profits. I wonder how Govt will get money for repatriation of profits in dollars.

So folks, what we may be seeing is scam of worst proportion !! This is 50G i.e. 25 times worse than 2G. No scam in India has been so large as this.. Essentially, NaMo = MMS ++ i.e. NaMo is only ":efficiently" implementing what MMS was doing.

If Sonia\MMS had given away rights to lay down tracks to Japanese, the workers of RSS\BJP\BST etc would have shouted sell out and agitated in street and stopped the deals. But they are now all shamelessly supporting FDI in railways. Bunch of time-wasting activists.

And please makde no mistake, AK is opposing all law-drafts needed to improve railways and this AK in effect is supporting FDI in railways,. AK has also said that AAP MPs will NOT submit any private member's bill in Parliament to stop FDI in railways.

Solution I propose is that we should ask voters to send orders to MPs via SMS to print Legislation in Gazette to stop FDI in railways., and also print RTR-Railway-Minister and Jury System over Railway Staff draft in Gazette.
