Why "honest" PM will NOT suffice and why we need good law-drafts? Because even if PM is "honest", MNC-owners can threaten him with war via Pakistan if he doesnt allow MNC-owners to takeover Indian minerals, Indian monopolies etc.

NaMo-andhbhagats and AK-andhbhagats since 2011 have been singing a cacophony that "all we need an honest tall leader, and there is no need for good law-drafts". i.e. "just install NaMo or AK as PM, and there is no need for RTR-law-draft, Jury-law-draft etc etc". And some year ago, I had explained that "honest" PM will NOT suffice. I will try to dig that facebook status out in few days. But I will repost the summary.

The issue is not just corruption, but raw threats given by MNC-owners of indirect invasion via Pakistan. Let me give example. In 1998, ABV said no to MNC-owners demand to allow US insurance companies into India. And ABV defied USA and went for Pokharan-2. So US Govt paid big bucks to pakistan, provided weapons and satellite information which enabled Pakistan to do a Kargil on India. And war stopped ONLY after India accepted all US conditions !!

So same way, if India's PM doesnt hand over cash making monopolies to like Mumbai-Ahmedabad corridor to MNC-owners, then Kargil-2 can happen with 10 times the force, Or wise, MNC-owners can block supply of weapons when China invades us. Now given that Americans dont have developed railway technologies, the cake passed to Japanese MNC-owners. Thats just a side fact, But core fact behind is that MNC-owners can use threat of blocking weapon supply and/or giving weapons to Pakistan , and then force honest PM to hand over economies.

So solution is to improve manufacturing in general, and improve weapon manufacturing in particular,. This can be done NOT by some honest tall leader, but by printing dozens of necessary law-drafts. The USA has better manufacturing than India, not because they had a NaMo or an AK or a dozen NAMo or a dozen AK. USA has better manufacturing ONLY because they have 10s and 100s of better law-drafts such as RTR, Jury, wealth tax, inheritance tax, have less sales tax, dont have VAT\Service-Tax\GST etc etc. And we need to have same law-drafts -- there are no short cuts.

Now NaMo-andhbhagats can see for themselves. They have honest PM, a line like PM and all that. And yet we are seeing 100% FDI in railways, FDi in college education, FDI in newspapersm FDI in defence and what not. As fr as FDI goes, NaMo is acting the same way MSS]Sonia did. The issue is NOT honesty - the point is strength. The nation has no Milutary strength left and so no PM can so no to MNC-owners who have all weapons of all kinds. And before AAPians start using this paragraph , let me tell this --- AK would have NO different from NaMo]Sonia on FDi matter. In facf, AK himself is FDI.

So wake and smell coffee. Please end your NaMo-bhakti , AK-bhakti etc, and please start campaiging for good law-drafts such as TCP, JurySys, RTR, wealth tax etc etc.
