Campa cola and such 50000 such societies and some 10 lakh flat owners. Solution : find original builder using narco-tests in public and extract fines from 50% of his wealth.

The land of Campa cola society (please google) is private, but they have made many many more flats than FSI pernits. The builder sold those flats and now the end buyers are in clutch. The supreme court judges are ordered demolition of all these flats.. Now there are some 20 lakh flats in Mumbai which are excess of FSI. And may be 1 crore across India.

Now solution I propose is .
.
1. Using document chain and narco test in public , find out the FIRST seller i.e. builder and price he took in cash or cheque
.
2. The first seller i.e., builder is the REAL culprit, Confiscate his 50% of existing net wealth, if alive. If dead, then nothing can be done. And divide the confiscated wealth amongst the existing victims.

3. And then victims have to evacuate the flats..
.
Extra construction on private land is also damage to people living near by. So those who have made over and abive FSI cant be allowed to walk away for free.

And all land ownership records , and legal titles of all the flats should be put on net, so that such problems dont arise in future.

But as per the extra-FSI-flats that exist, narco-test in public is a useful way to dig the truth and also deter the criminals in future.

And while Swami Ramdevji and Rajiv Dixitji supported narco-tests, the BST workers have refused to give the advertisement for narco-tests in newspapers. And the BST workers now insist on slogan shouting and member making only. So please dont waste your time with them.
