Ganga cleaning ; why rivers in USA are all clean? Simple : because Jury ensures that sewer water gets filtered before it can be thrown into river !! Or else water thrower gets fined. Solution to dirty river problem in India is same --- fine those who throw dirty water in river.

In USA, I never saw any aarti of any river. There was never such hoo-haa on cleaning of rivers. Yet rivers were all more or less clean. Because cities and factories which take river water must remove all chemicals etc before they throw it back into river or else, district\state\union govt imposes a heavy fine. And a simple way to keep Ganga and ALL rivers clean is to have same law-draft in India.

Just as water user cleans the water before using it, he has to clean the water he uses it,. The only difference is that he may let non-toxic substances such as non toxic salts etc remain in water.

And well, same law-draft also exists in India. They why do water thrower dare to throw dirty water? Because in India, the case is decided by judges. And we all know judges are corrupt. In USA, fined are decided by Juries. And so fines are so heavy that water thrower find it cheaper to clean the water.

So instead of ho-haa on river cleaning, and spending 1000s of crores, it would be cheaper to install Jury System in India. The Juries will start imposing fines on those who throw dirty water in river and so water in rivers will remain clean. There is no need for calling Japanese companies to clean Ganga and no need for FDI. The bulk water cleaning technology has been stagnant for 100 years !! Even 50 years ago, Municipalities were supplying clean waters to home. So they had water cleaning techniques. Similar techniques needs to be applies to clean factory outlet water and sewer water as well.

So please say no to FDi for Ganga cleaning and Japanese for ganga cleaning. A simple Jury System is sufficient to get Ganga and all rivers cleansed.

Now in case you agree with Jury System, then please note that Sonia = NaMo = AK = Bhagwat have opposed Jury System in India. And so Congress, BJP, RSS and AAP workers also all oppose Jury System in India. If you wish Jury System in India., then please join Right to Recall Group.
