Here is a a trick leaders and supporters of party-X may use to defeat party-Y . If you are supporter of party-X and you suspect that a person is going to vote for party-Y , then please offer him Rs 500 and with his full consent, please ask him to put the ink mark on the first fingers of both of his hands just a 1-2 days before voting. That way he cannot vote. So one vote less for party-Y, and thus chances that party-X will win increases.
Please dont ask me where to get such ink. I do not know. But any chemistry friend of yours should be able to tell you.
I request all not to use this trick. I am against it. I will not pay any voter anything . Then why am I telling you about this trick. Well, for 2 days, I thought whether I should inform you about this trick or not. Finally, I decided to inform you all. Why? Two reasons
(a) Because what if one party discovers this trick and uses it anyway? In such, case , if everyone knows abouy this trick, then damage is least.
(b) no matter who comes, whether Congress or BJP or AAP, the poor voters get shafted anyway. For them, the ONLY option now left is to order MPs via SMS to bring necessary law-drafts such as RTR. Voting in absence of RTR makes NO difference.
So if you are BJP-supporter or BJP-leader, then please pay Rs 500 to voter whom you suspect will vote for Congress. If you are Congress-supporter or Congress-leader, then please pay Rs 500 to voter whom you suspect will vote for Congress.

Solution is to get Right to Recall MP law-draft printed in Gazette (pls see section-40.2. of http://rahulmehta.com/301.htm for the draft). If this draft is printed in the Gazette, then after election ends, voter can change his approvals anyday and give the approvals any day to anyone else. So if someone gives Rs 500 to approve X to 1000s of voters, then voters can approve X, collect Rs 500 and next day approve Y. Now no one can fight against thousands and lakhs of voters. IOW, vote buying becomes money-wasting exercise and gives zero results, AFTER the draft of section-40.2 is printed in Gazette.
