Dear Recallists,

Say 10000 kids between age of 5 years and 15 years are asked , on which area they would want to build their career in

1. modelling, acting, music, fashion i.e. entertainment and show business

2. sports

3. engineering, science, medicine, sales, operations, business, industry, military etc etc i.e. non-show business, and also not sports

Say X out of 10000 kids say show business or sports

Now what 100% ethically valid administrative steps can be taken to reduce X? There should be no incentive and no force on kids.

The example will demonstrate the power of drafts !! i.e. extent to which law-drafts can change preferences and effect lives without any force or eceonomic benefits
