Why Anna, AK, Congress leaders, BJP leaders, Indians political science professors oppose the Recallists' proposal to inform activists and citizens about Jury System of 12, 100, 1500 Jurors? Solution : activists should give newspaper-advt to inform citiziens about JurySys etc
Athens in 800 BC had system of deciding punishments in ALL cases by Juries of 25, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 1000 or 1500 citizens between age of 30 years and 55 years chosen at random for citizenry of 60000 citizens. Bigger the crime, bigger the Jury. More powerful the criminal, bigger the Jury. And most Greek nations had similar systems. This system made Greece so powerful that Alexender with 50000 soldiers could conquer all the way from Greece to Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and upto western banks of Yamuna.
Today, in USA, most criminal and civil cases are judges by Jury of 12. But judges have a lot of powers, and so Jury System is not as robust as it was in Greece. But due to Right to Recall over police chief, Mayor, judges, public prosecutors etc the administration is fast as well less dominating.
We recallists have been informing activists and citizens about JurySys and RTR since 1998. But Anna, AK, all Congress leaders, all BJP leaders , all professors of political science, all professors etc have opposed this proposal that activists should be informed about this system. Instead, the insist that activists should be asked to spend time in naarebaazi, member making, cap wearing, mask wearing, jhadu weilding, janta darbar, vote grabbing etc etc. WHY?
The main reason is their dependence on elitemen's money for their paid-media coverage. These days, biggest expense of political movements, be us small time recallists or tall leaders like Anna, AK, Congress, BJP etc, is paid-media. We recallists also use paid-media ----- we give OFFICIALLY paid newspaper advt. AK, Anna depend on Jindal, American-elitemen and Missionaries to pay mediamen to cover them. Congress depends on desi elitemen and American elitemen for their paid-media-coverage. BJP depends on desi elitemen for their paid-media coverage. Now these elitemen do NOT want Indian activists to know about Jury System. And so AK has asked all its volunteers NOT to inform voters etc abdout JurySys (proof : ask AK). And AK also opposed the proposal to print Jury System clause in Lokpal draft (proof : see janlokpal draft).
Solution ? Solution I propose is that we recallists should give newspaper advt to inform voters about JurySys, RTR judges etc etc. And we should inform activists that AK is opposed to JurySys etc to the extent that he even opposes the proposal that activists should be informed about JurySys.
