So in feb-2014, MNC-owners will give two deals to NaMo

1. Give tickets to 400 MNC-agents and Missionary-agents in BJP\NDA

OR

2. CAG will disclose the data, and enable AK to get court order to reduce electricity charges by 30% and paid-media will make it a news bigger than freedom of India, and enable AK to cut crores of votes across India.

Solution ? IMO, BST-workers, RSS-workers, VHP-workers, BajrangDal-workers should order MPs\MLAs via SMS to print Right to Recall Electricity Regulator law-draft and Right to recall Electricity Minister law-draft in Gazette. And they should ask crores of voters to do the same. RTR over these positions will reduce over-charging and bring down electricity prices.
