Pls see chap-42 of rahulmehta . com / 301.htm . This suggestion has been in the previous edition of the book, which came out in dec-2008. It is fact that there is rampant corruption in electricity Ministry, and as a result, the production costs are high and supply costs are much much higher. And it is also a fact that BJP\Congress leaders made tons of money , and so did distribution company owners like Tata, Ambani, Torrent etc. The electricity rates without taxes be Rs 2.50 per unit, and with taxes, shiuld not exceed Rs 3.50 per unit. But Delhi rates , Gujarat rates and rates across India have been much much higher.

The reason for rates was lack of Right to Recall over Electricity Regulators and Electricity Ministers (and of course Lack of RTR over CM). And so CM, Electricity Minister and Electricity Regulators never ordered proper audit on generation and distribution company. And why do we have NO RTR over these positions? The biggest reason I see is --- BST-workers , RSS-workers , VHP-workers, Bajrang-Dal-workers despite nationalism, refused to support the proposal to print RTR-Electricity-Regulator and RTR-Electricity-Regulator proposals in gazette.

Now the foreigners took advantage of this fact. They installed their agent AK as CM. He has ordered audit on electricity company. The audit will reveal that Distribution companies were over charging by at least 35% to 50% and were siphoning all profits into sister companies. And with that, AK may manage to get court order to reduce the electricity prices. And AK will become hero nationwide.

OR, the MNC-owners can blackmail NaMo to give 300 NDA\BJP tickets to MNC-agents and Missionary agents in BJP\NDA. If NaMo agrees, then MNC-owners will create weak audit report which will not show much over-charging. In this case, AK will fall flat and NaMo's gains will be protected.

But in either case, Nationalist , Swadeshi and Hinduvaadies have lost.

The solution I propose is that BST-workers, RSS-workers, VHP-workers, Banjrang-workers etc should take zero tolerance against corruption, lack of transparency and should support and campaign for EACH and EVERY law-draft that can benefit India. If they fail to do so, the corruption in administration\courts will NOT reduce. And then the foreigners will always manage to take advantage of corruption, damage it causes, feelings against corruption and use that feeling to install their agents.

I would give analogy. During 800 AD to 1100 AD, Indian money landers used to charge heavy interest and debt was generational i.e. if father fails to repay debt then the son will have to pay the debt !! Like that, many families were in debt for generations. The Muslim Maulavies and Kings offered them freedom from debt under condition that they accept Islam. And many accepted Islam to get rid of slavery caused by interest !! I cant get the exact quote, but even Vivekanda criticized uncontrolled usury in India of 800 AD till his times. If Hindu nationalists back then had worked to control usury, then many lesser would have converted.

Same way, is fact Indian elitemen are robbing day and night from Mineral Royalties, by bribing PM, CMs, MPs, MLAs, IAS, IPS etc , by bribing judges etc etc. As a result, land prices are high, judges are slow and corrupt, judges promote usury and exploitation, and so this creates opportunity for foreign agents like AK to expand. Solution I propose is that BST-workers, RSS-workers, Bajrang-Dal-workers, VHP-workers should promote MRCM-draft to reduce theft in Mineral Royalties, promote RTR/Jury-drafts to reduce theft in administration, courts and police , and promote wealth tax and inheritance to reduce land prices. Otherwise either MNC-owners will manage to cut NaMo votes or MNC-owners will be able to force NaMo to give tickets to MNC-agents. In either cases, Nationalists would lose.
