Dear all recallists,

Pls make sure that at least 50% of time is spent OUTSIDE net, and at least 25% time is spent on net. BOTH on-net and off-net activities are important. If you doing juts one and not another, then production of two will be like product of large number into zero which will be zero.

The off-net activities will distributing pamphlets, giving newspaper advt, holding small time meetings and contesting elections and helping those who are contesting elections. Pls do ensure that you are focusing on those activities as well.
