Dear all Recallists,

IMO, we should prepare and publicize the DRAFTS to fix the problems of Delhi administration , and explain to AAP-activists across why AK has been opposing these drafts. We already have proposed drafts to improve water distribution, electricity distribution, rationing card system, ration distribution, maths/science education, wealth tax, expel Bangladeshies etc etc. We can customize these drafts for Delhi i.e. every draft will have word Delhi in it and should use specifics of Delhi like area, population etc. And we can also give draft for Delhi Mohalla Sabha, which will be SMS based rather than based on idiotic idea from AAP of holding "one meeting of 4000 voters every month".

We all know that AK has opposed these proposals. eg AK has opposed to print Right to Recall Delhi Mayor, RTR Delhi Corporator, RTR Delhi jal Board Office, RTR Delhi Education Officer etc in Gazette. AK will also oppose the proposals will give to improve water distribution etc because at core, AK is opposed to SMS-based opinion gathering. Because if SMS-based opinion gathering becomes widespread, then it can lead to RTR-CM, RTR-PM, RTR Supreme judges etc etc procedures which MNC-owners, Missionaries, Munjal, Jindal etc have all opposed.

So as AAP-activists realize that AK is opposing all good drafts, they will start searching for reasons why AK has been opposing these drafts.

Can anyone start working on FOLLOWING draft

1. How to improve water supply in Delhi? 50% dont have water lines. How to provid ethem water lines in shortest time? And how to deliver them water during that time?

2. How to improve electricity supply in Delhi? How to address complaint of faulty electricity meters?

3. How to improve maths\science education in Delhi?

4. How to reduce traffic in Delhi?

Pls prepare this drafts and start publicizing them
