Arvind Gandhi in one interview said that they will NOT make Right to Recall MLA or even Right to recall Corporator law after he becomes delhi CM, but will make RTR-laws ONLY after they come into power in Center !!

No wonder he said that. Because I and my 100s true-recallists friends have been asking AAP-volunteers to provide RTR-draft they have been promising to pass if they form Govt in Delhi. Now that election is only few weeks away, the AAP-volunteers also started asking for drafts. And so Arvind Gandhi decided to announce a "necessary delay" in the draft.

This doesnt wonder me. One of the AAP celebrity, though not officially an AAP-member is Shanti Bhushan. He promoted RTR in 1972, became law-minister in 1977 on RTR-bandwagon and never ever made RTR-MP-law and never even gave drafts. His son, Prashant Bhushan claims he has been RTR-MP supporters since 1991 and he has never ever given draft. And Arvindbhai himself says he has been RTR-supporter since 2004 , and he never gave draft in nine long years.

Since oct-2010 , I have been all that if you are at all sincere about RTR-PM-draft, RTR-CM-draft, RTR-MP-draft, RTR-MLA-draft etc , then pls expose defucntness of Anna and Arvind Gandhi so that pro-RTR-activists do NOT end up wasting away their time. Many accepted my suggestion, and so RTR has come so far. But sadly, most accepted the paid-word that "Arvind Gandhi is great" and so we have 2.5 years wasted.

Steps we can take to reduce damage

1. Pls ask AAP-volunteers to provide RTR-Delhi-Corporator draft. Corporation is state govt issue. And so RTR-Corpotaror-draft should have been ready with them.

2. Delhi CM can surely print a Gazette a draft for RTR-MLA (see section-40.5 for of rahulmehta . com\301.htm , remove space. And for AFAQs , pls see section-40.4 )

This will force AAP=AK to take steps towards RTR or convince AAP-volunteers that AAP=AK is not sincere about RTR.
