In this NDTV show, Arvind Gandhi clearly says that "we will bring Right to Recall MLA we form govt in Kendra = center". IOW, Arvind Gandhi will NOT bring RTR-MLA , or even RTR-Delhi-Corporator he becomes CM in Delhi state. (remove space from url, of see first comment for the link)

Why did he take this stand ? Its because influenced by us TRUE recallists, many AAP activists started asking "what if 50 AAP MLA sell out after election; and what Right to Recall MLA law-draft would you pass?". To evade this question, he is now saying "talk about RTR-MLA when we form govt in center in may-2014 !!"

All this show that he is NOT at all interested in RTR. He just wants to waste away time.
