(S2)(a) over 80% judges in usa are directly elected by 18 crore voters of usa. Of elected , about half are recallable and even from 20% appointed , about half are recallable !!
(b) Also, almost all defacto district police chiefs are elected by voters and more than half are recallable
(c) almost all district public prosecutors in usa are elected by voters
(d) sentences on jurysys
