solution I propose - right to recall over Rajsabha MPs ( along with RTR over Loksabha MPs ), and voters should directly elect Rajsabha MPs. And referendum for OPTIONAL open vote.

Raghav Chadha and joined BJP with 6 more AAP MPs. So anti defection law does not apply. Anyway, I oppose anti defection law. Imo, voters and voters alone should have power to expel MP MLA PM CM and not some "law". @everyone
