Vipul Gautam Meerut UpActivist:
One named Kapil Jhakar writing for a pseudo-news website News4Social decided to hijack Right to Recall movement in India by introducing its concept with tonnes of lies! Excerpt of what he wrote (link-1):
.
"

Now. If I were him, and I didn't know about Right to Recall as a concept, and if I would decide to write about Right to Recall, than I would first try to understand Right to Recall briefly. But, since other than Recallists pretty much everyone gives incorrect definition of RTR, so on that front I can spare the writer for giving wrong introduction.
.
For the record, the introduction is wrong because it presupposes that only those folks in authorities can be recalled who had been elected before. Which indirectly means political representatives only! His introduction doesn't entertain that RTR also apply on an authority where the appointment might have been made by a government.
.
Recall simply means bringing back something or someone. In case of governance, it just means removing a person from authority. It does't mean "removing only political representatives from authority"
.
Moving along. Whether one's understanding is correct or not about the concept, it would always be "obvious" after a brief reading that RTR is not some open-ended philosophical topic, but something that is to be implemented in a particular manner.
.
And in what manner? By engraving it in a law!
.
So my next search query obviously would be to find out if the Right to Recall laws exists in India Or has been proposed in India at all?
.
Here's a generic query such a person trying to know about right to recall in India can type:
.
Google search: "right to recall proposed laws draft parties india"
.
If you do that Google search, you would find content written by phonies trying to destroy RTR movement in India as well as content written by Recallists.
.
Any serious person would "at the very least" try to read page 1 and page 2 links of Google results. And information about RTR from Recallists figure in those pages!
.
So, if a person still doesn't revise their earlier wrongly understood RTR concept, still continues to claim that RSS Haryana Sarpanch Bill is good for public, and deliberately HIDES information about draft led and Recallists led RTR movement and their proposed drafts, than this ultimately leads me to conclude that:
.
The writer is Selling Misinformation / Outright Lies about RTR deliberately to hijack and destroy it.
