Paid Punjab Kesari (Himachal edition) has also decided to hijack
draft led Right to Recall movement in India. Its employee Dishant Kumar wrote this about Right to Recall (link-1):

अक्सर देखा गया है कि जब मतदाता किसी नेता को चुन कर लाते है और उसके बाद वह शक्तिशाली नेता बन जाता है | तो वे अपनी शक्तियों का दुरुपयोग करने लग जाता है | जिसके चलते मतदाता अपने आप को ठगा महसूस करते हैं | इस अवस्था पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए प्रदेश सरकार चाहे तो राईट टू रिकॉल का अधिकार मतदाताओं को दे सकती है | जिस से वह अगर उनका नेता मनमानी कर रहा है,.. तो उसे वापिस बुला सकती है | राईट टू रिकॉल अधिकार से नेता को सही मार्ग पर लाने का कार्य किया जा सकता है | यह अधिकार न केवल विदेश में मतदाताओं को दिया गया है बल्कि भारत के भी कई राज्यों में भी यह शक्ति मतदाताओं को दी गई है | समाज सेवी **विवेक शर्मा** ने इस बारे में कहा कि चुनावों को तभी पारदर्शी बनाया जा सकता है जब मतदाताओं को राईट टू रिकॉल का अधिकार प्रदेश सरकार दे | उन्होंने कहा कि इस नियम से नेताओं की मनमानी पर अंकुश लग सकेगा और वे जनता की सम्स्या को प्रमुख्ता से उठाते हुए उसका समाधान भी करेंगे

I searched for the posts of this person on Google and I couldn't manage to find any other post he wrote about Right to Recall. I guess the hijacker is new to the game.

Nevertheless, because the newspaper is bikau, the writer deliberately didn't give information on:

.

1) which authority to be put under Right to Recall. Anyone can be called a neta in politics for the record.

.

2) if by neta, he meant political representatives, than state government can only put RTR over sarpanch and Mayor. So the editor didn't even care to claify on this.

.

3) other states only have RTR over local bodies, and that too on political representatives.

.

4) like every other hijacker and pseudo-support of RTR, this bikau piece of "news" doesn't have any mention of the most important thing -- law **draft**.

5) It doesn't even mention that there is a draft already available and is being pushed by RTR party and independent activists. Instead, the editor deliberately IMO decided **to not** mention anything about Recallists but chose to mention such useless redundant information -- some samaj sevi's view!

Overall, this is yet another attempt by paid media to appropriate and destroy the RTR movement.
