In my opinion, none of this mess would have happened if NaMo had NOT cancelled Parliament winter session that was to start from 18-nov-2020 . SOLUTION?

Solution I propose is narcotest law, Votevapsi Passbook over PM and also TCP, which is referendum like law
.
In that winter session, Rajyasabha MPs had promised that they would pass bill or resolution or both to repeal the three farm laws
.
And then it may or may not have passed in Loksabha. In Loksabha RSS has 303 MPs . But NaMo may not have been able to force them again , and may be, in Loksabha too the bill to repeal resolution may have passed. And if not, then joint session would have been called, and there again bill to repeal three laws may have passed or may have failed
.
But whole Parliament session was cancelled

Then a rumor got acceptance that budget session first half may get terminated after just 4-5 days and second half may also end after just 4-5 days. And so farmers' faith in Parliamentary procedure further declined
.
And then it was Deep Siddhu , campaign manager of RSS MP Sunny Deol, who led some farmers to Red Fort. Otherwise, Red Fort was NOT in route decided by farmers and no farmer was leader was anywhere near it. And there too farmers REFUSED to Deep Singh's idea to take down tricolor flag. But Deep singh managed to prompt some youth to hoist NISAN SAHEB (not khalistani flag) on EMPTY flag masts. So tricolor on main mast was NOT disrespected.

All in all, first NaMo illegally passed bill in Rajsabha without division and without recording of each MPs' decision, and merely using fake voicevote. And then winter session was cancelled.

If PM openly breaks all Parliamentary procedures, which is anyway just leftover of democracy, then protestors will surely lose faith in Parliamentary procedures.

So SOLUTION?
.
First solution I propose is to print narcotest in public law. Activists should work to bring narcotest in public law so that people like Deep Siddhu can be punished and men behind him can be known. Now why soga namo arke and workers of congress rss aap do not promote narcotest in public proposed law? Well, pls guess why and pls write in comment
.
Second solution is to have VoteVapsi over PM. Votevapsi procedures DO NOT cause instability, whereas RSS's Haryana's law will cause instability ( and RSS Haryana Govt has named this defunct law Right to recall !!! )
.
And next is proposed TCP law, which will create a referendum like procedure in India. This way, people can directly approach people, bypass MPs, and so need for all protests will decrease
