Timeline of False case against Sri Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh

(a) in year 2002, PM Vajpayee recieved two letters , with NO names !! The letters claimed that those letters were written by Sadhvies of Guru Ram Raheem !! And these two letters claimed that Guru Sri Ram Rahim had rapaed two Sadhivies in year 1999 !! (so unnamed letter wer sent some 2 years to 3 years later) !!!

(b) Based on unnamed letter recieved in year 2002, which said that rape had happened in year 1991, Vajpayee ordered CBI inquiry !!! (yes, Hinduvaadi ABV !!). And pretext was --- a High Court judge had ordered ABV to start CBI enquiry !!!

(c) CBI IPS asked highly twisted confusing ambiguous questions to some 20 sadhvies. And answers were recorded by magistrate (crpc 164). And these answers to confusing statements were taken as "EVIDENCES" !!!

(d) The answers were interpretated as evidence of rape. teh sadhvies kept saying that "no crime had happened" !! But their next statements were rejected and earlier statements were taken as proofs.

Now CBI at that time was under ABV,. So you can guess who did what

And some 15 years later, we will see "judgment" !!!

Whole India has become a circus. And one may think - so what? Just enjoy the circus. Well, some countries in world are LESS circus, And countries which have lesser circus will become strionger than us, and then dominate or finish us. A that time, this comedy will becoem tragedy

Solution I propose is law to end Govt control over temples, Jury System over all crimes, RTR over judges, RTR over District Police Chief etc.

Added later : Surely I dont know whether Sri Ram Rahimji is innocent of guilty. My point is --- someone writing letter in 2002 about crime done in 1999, and then IPS take statements taken in 2002 of persons who were still there is dubious. And IPS says X is victim, and X says she isnt victim, and her statement is taken as evidence that crime indeed happened and X is indeed victim is even more dubious !!! My point in all this is --- such cases should be decided by JURORS and not judges, because due to corruption and nexuses with lawyers / Missionaries and USUK-elitemen, Supreme / High judges have become unreliable. And lower judges strictly do what fetches them promotions, So if cases are tried by judges, then end of Hindu seers is guaranteed.
