False cases against Hindu seers such as false cases against Sri Gurmeet Ram Rahim, Sant Sri Asaram Bapu, Sri Sri Ravi Shanker Maharaj, Sant Rampal (of Kabirpanth), Swami Nityanand and 10s of Hindu seers --- how missionaries are using Ministers / IAS / IPS / judges and paidmediamen to break Hindu religious bodies

Solution I propose - (a) Law to free temples from Govt temples
(b) Jury System
(c) RTR Supreme judges, RTR High judges, RTR District judges, RTR District Police Chiefs, RTR District Public Prosecutors

First greedy congress / rss / aap (back then app leaders / workers were with cpm) leaders and workers , and greedy IAS devored Indian temples. And many temple owners too became reckless. So instead of spiritual counciling and charity, many many (not all) Hindu temples' manages and owners became mere donation collectors.

So many Hindus went to individual Guru for spiritual councelling and charity works.

Many Gurus such as Sant Sri Asaram Bapu, Sri Gurmeet Ram Rahim, Sri Sri Ravi Shanker Maharaj, Sant Rampalji (Kabirpanth) did superlative work in charity and spiritual counciling.

There were some minor flaws , for which minor trials would have sufficed,. eg Sri Gurmeet Ram Rahim wore dress , and acted which made him look like Guru Gobind Singhji. This could have been sorted out by Jury Trials and some fines, and apologies. But such minor problems aside, many seers did good work in many areas

The missionaries wanted them to fail, so that hapless poor and dalits / obc etc fall in lap of missionaries.

And so all these case filing against them started.

And due to corruption, IAS / IPS / Ministers / judges take cases seriously. And then we have paidmediamen like paid sardesai or paid arnab who will run trial by media and declare them guility.

In case against Ram Raheen, in year 2002, under Vajpayee Govt (yes, under Hinduvaadi Vajpayee Govt) CBI IPS took statements of some Sadhvies. The statements had come after many twisted interrogation and after asking many ambigous and confusing questuon. And then CBI and judges interpretated these statements as "proof" of crime !!! There was NO material evidence except these statements !!! And the Sadhvies denied that any crime had happened, but the statements were interpreted as "fibnal" crimes anyway !!! And the case went on and on and on for 15 years !!! Thankfully, since Sadhvies were adult, and paidmedia was less powerful in 2002, Sri Gurmeetj got bail. But in case of Sant Sri Asaram Bapuji, paidmedia was powerful, and court ruled that alleged victim was minor (even though ORIGINAL schoiol leaving ceryificate doesnt say so). And so bail has been denied for several long years. Sant Rampalji was accused of 10s of criminal cases --- murder, attempt to murder and what not.

Sri Sri Ravi Shanler Maharaj has been "luckier" that false case against him was only of environment damage, whichwas civil case and not some criminal case and demeaning actions.

Many over-educated Hindus are allergic to such seers. The claims of these over-educated and overwise Hindus is -- these seers make too much money. Well, even Govt collects taxes and many IAS / IPS / judges / Ministers draw huge salaries and do zero work, and also take bribe. As per seers, taking donation is NOT crime. And if you dont like their LEGAL activities - stay away and dont donate. eg Sri Gurmeetji made terrible movies and then also made a sequel (I could not even finish trailor !!). But such NON CRIMINAL actions dont make a person criminal. If you find his movies obnoxious (and so do I), well many like myself find speeches of Modiji obnoxious. But at the end of the day --- we should NOT use police / courts just because "we dont like". and actions are 100% non violent and non criminals. As per money collection, anyone who wants to do charitabke activities needs money. And donors give them with their heart --- no one forces them.

Now if this trend goes on, every seer who doesnt obey Missionaries will land in prison, And every seer who promotes Jallikatju will also land in prison and so on. And they will be released only after they handover followers to Missionaries.

SOLUTION?

Solution I have been proposing since ages is -- Jury System,.
.
All criminal cases, particularly cases that involve physical damage and injury to a man or woman should go to Jury. In such cases against seers with huge following, some 1500 Jurors should be selected from voter list of state between age of 30 years and 55 years. They can hear all witnesses, complainer etc and then give final verdict
.
And we should also print laws to end govt control over temples. This will reduce the money siphoning that is killing all Hindu temples.

We at Right to recall Party are working to promote these laws. Whereas congress / rss / aap workers have opposed these laws. YES !! rss-workers have also opposed the proposal to end govt control over Hindu temples !!! (proof - pls ask rss-worker when did they ask Modiji or Yogiji or rss CM to print laws to end Govt control over temples?. Their nil answer will prove that they want Govt control over temples to continue)

So if YOU want false cases against Hindu seers to end, then pls support these law-drafts, And pls dont waste time after SoGa / NaMo / ArKe and congress / rss / aap workers...

And my request to their followers of all these seers is --- pls work to bring Jury System in India. If you sit keeping faith in SoMoKe or congress / rss / workers, then you are ONLY wasting hopes.
