What the hell does this mean?

is Chief judge giving his personal opinion or is he giving the JUDGEMENT? Does it violate any other articles? Or it doesnt violate any other article?

There are several versions of Triple Talaq.
.
eg in one TTT , all three Talaq words are said at the same time within say 5 - 10 seconds
.
in second version of TTT, each word is said after 30 days. So say Talaq, then say Talaq after 30 days and say Talaq again after 30 days. And then only Talaq is considered valid. IOW, this procedure takes at least 60 days. And after saying Talaq first, if Talaq is NOT said within 60 days, then first Talaq word becomes void !!

So are ALL forms of TTT void? or ONLY instant-TTT void?

Looks like Husbands will have to read some 1000 page judgment before deciding how to get Talaq !!!
