Heard of jobless growth. Ever heard of "electricity less growth"?

electricity generation numbers ( million units , Giga Watt Hours, 1 unit is consumed when a fan runs some 15 hours)
.
july-2013 --- 80482
july-2014 --- 89499 (about 11% higher than prev year)
july-2015 --- 92880 (about 4% higher than prev year)
july-2016 --- 94590 (about 3% higher than prev year)
july-2017 --- 97912 (about 4% higher than prev year)
.
So electricity consumption growth rate 4% in past 3 years !!
.
And growth rate is 7% !!!
.
The growth rate of 4% in electricity shows that economy is slowing.
.
If production is rising, electricity generation has to increase (except in advanced economies where housefold consumptionis very high, and big part of economy is intellectual propery).
.
So we have a serious slowdown
.
And lets see if GST makes things better or worse
