A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION ---- MLA's vote in Rajsabha election , after counting, becomes public. Then why can MLA show his ballot paper i.e. vote ONLY to party leader and can NOT public, when he is putting ballot paper in box?

Is there any "valid" reason you can think of?

As now, MLA will put his vote, show it to party whip, and then put the vote in box. And then once votes are counted, all ballot papers are made public. The ballot papers have serial numbers, and it is recorded which ballot paper serial number was given to which MLA.

So is MLA not allows to shoe the ballot paper to public / camera BEFORE he puts his votes in ballot paper?

Hint : say it is legal for MLA to show the vote to public before he puts it in ballot box.
