MLAs are getting bought and sold for RS MP election across India. And in many cases, party heads take bribes !!

Solution I propose is -- Rajsabha MPs should be directly elected by voters. One way is proportional representation system, and also single transferable vote aka Instant RunOff Voting

In USA, from 1790 to 1890, Senators were elected by MLAs and sale / purchase of MLAs was common. And so activists in USA in 1880s started demanding constitutional amendment that senators will be elected directly by voters. And by 1890, the new law-draft came, by which voters were DIRECTLY electing senators

In India, SoMoKe have opposed direct election of Rajsabha elections by voters, Congress / rss / aap workers have also opposed it.

ONLY we at Right to Recall Party are supporting this proposal that Rajsabha MPs should be directly elected by voters using proportional voting and instant runoff voting.
