Wealth Tax I have proposed is NOT just 1% tax on land / plot etc one has. There is per family deduction of about 1500 sqft, urban land, 3000 sqft of urban construction and some 5 acres of agricultural land per FAMILY. And in addition, about 5% to 15% of salaries that employer pays to employee is subtracted and income tax and all taxes he has paid are also subtracted..

So THIS proposed Wealth Tax law will fall mainly on those who have miles and miles of unused expensive urban land.

This law will force them to rent or sell the land. So land prices will reduce. And industries will increase, unemployment will decrease.
