Is putting names of ALL landowners with land/flats they own on Govt website constitutional or unconstitutional? Pls give your answers. I will type my answer after 2-4 days

We at Right to Recall Party have proposed law-draft that names and ids of ALL land/flat owners should be put on public govt website along with location / description / circle rate etc ALL plots / flats they own. And this will include all flats . plots they own directly or via HUF, company,trust etc.

So on this website, if you go and type say "RAHUL CHIMANBHAI MEHTA" and select votertid etc, then it will show all flats I own, all land I own via flats, all flats I own via HUF, trusts, companies etc and so on. If you type name of Godrej, it will show that he owns some 4000 acres of land in Mumbai alone alone with miles and miles of lands across urban India. And it will also show how much land temples, mosques, gurudwara, churces etc own. And how much land Congress / RSS / AAP leaders own via trusts etc and so on.

Now we know that SoMoKe have opposed this proposal since there were six years old. And every Congress / RSS / AAP workers have opposed it since they were 7 years old.

But against all odds, say PM or new PM willingly or unwillingly print this GN = Gazette Notification

Then is this GN constitutional or unconstitutional?
