Solution I propose to Inter caste riots in Saharapur , UP --- Narcotest in public in ALL murders, riot deaths and riot related injuries and property damages ; and Jury Trials in such cases And narcotest in public in cases of caste based discrimination against Dalits.

And pls note - SoMoKe , Congress / RSS / AAP leaders and Congress / RSS / AAP workers oppose narcotest in public WHY (read later). because that will expose their corruption. ONLY we at Right to Recall Party have supported narcotest in public for murders, serious violent crimes against women, high corruption, high thefts, riot violence, action to cause to riot etc

Now, we know that many elements funded by Pakistan, ISI, Saudies, Missionaries etc are funding criminals on BOTH sides to cause riots. And many weak innocents die and get injured and there is huge loss of property and workdays. And there is possibility that it can become epidemic.

If narcotest if made compulsory, along with Jury Trials, then criminals will get caught and proven easily. The narcotest will also prove their links with Pakistani / Saud / Missionary fund providers. And further spread will stop.

And pls note - SoMoKe , Congress / RSS / AAP leaders and Congress / RSS / AAP workers oppose narcotest in public WHY. Because if there is law for narcotest in riot murders or murder cases, then one day, people will also demand narcotest in public in cases of high corruption. So their corruption will reduce and many Congress / RSS / AAP leaders will land in prison. (eg Many apex nationalist leaders using their strongghold over banks did notebadali of over Rs 500,000 crores and earns siome Rs 100,000 crores !!! Narcotests in public will disclose all) .
