(1) Lets say you (or anyone, a recallist) has become CM. Say you propose the laws (a) land ownership records should become public i.e. anyone can know how owns how much land directly or via companies / trusts etc (b) wealth tax of 1% of land value minus income tax paid etc etc

Say PM blocks these two laws (any law passed by CM / Assembly goes to Governor for signature and Gov will obey PM. So PM can block any law passed by any State.

(the question is NOT about NaMo or SoGa or ArKe. It is general political question).

So now as a CM , what would YOU do?

(2) Same as (1). Say PM allows that law for your state. But HCjs cancel it. Now what would you do?

(3) same as (2). Say HCjs dont block it, but SCjs block it. Now what would YOU do?

(4) Say you are PM and and you print these two laws, and HCjs or SCjs block them,. Now what would you do?

And worst ie. imo most difficult question is

(6) You are a mayor and decide to print wealth tax law or any law needed to fix the city. And say CM or HCj or PM or SCj block or cancel that law. Then what would YOU do?

In general, the questions are --- voters have voted for you and have put you in position as Mayor or CM or PM. And now you print some law like publicizing land records or wealth tax etc. And the higher authority such as CM or PM or HCJs or SCjs or more than one of them block / cancel your proposed law-drafts. Now, what steps would YOU take?
