And same is the difference between leader and activist. A leader will always ask a junior etc to give 1 page proposal, 2 page proposal etc or describe his views "in one word or less", Whereas an activist will never set page limit when he asks a fellow activists to give writeup on his proposal.

The reason for setting page limit and word length limit is to make the junior fail, in a way junior will get blamed. eg a leader will ask a junior "give me 2 page draft of solution you propose to Jammu Kashmir problem" The junior can spend weeks in shortening, editing, re-editing his proposals to fit within 2 pages, And then poor junior will make a highly unconvincing document, And then junior can blame himself and leader will walk away blamelessly !!!

So dont bother giving proposals to people who dont have time to read, Dont bother shotening your proposals even by 1% just because some tall person is busy. Describe your proposals in as much detail as possible, in as simple way as possible WITHOUT worrying about lengths. The activists who want solution will find time to read. And the leaders will not read --- hell with them.
