One way to possibly prove whether EVMs were rigged in UP elections or not is get manufacturing date for each EVM , last repair date for each EVM and % votes each EVM got for BJP.

If there is correlation between age of EVM and % votes for BJP , i.e. younger EVMs show higher % votes for BJP, then chances are high that EVMs by rigged by someone (not necessarily BJP).

Now geting this data using RTI from ECI will be impossible
.
One will need to approach court to order ECI to release data or apply high power political pressure on ECI to release this data
