Engineer Hari Prasad had proved that with small number of people at apex, and a small number of ground staff, display of lakhs of EVMs can be changed, and the new display can change votes in lakhs of EVMs using remote control. So Hari Prasad proved that EVM is so useless, that men at top, with few men, can rig CRORES of votes across India.

He was imprisoned for showing that EVMs can be tempered so easily as mass scale. Charge on him was "stealing" one EVM. whose production cost is mere Rs 20000 and theft value or resale value is Rs ZERO (yes ... Rs zero) . And Election Commissioners harassed all employees of his company to a point that all left, and his company of 50 employees was practically shut down !!!

Lets demand Padma Shri for him.

We see uetterly USELESS journalists, musicians sportsman, crickets (= match fixers) and actors getting Padma Shri awards. Lets end that, and lets make sure that USEFUL people like Hari Prasad do get at least Padma Shri
