Congress / AAP etc people who oppose EVMs are liars and drama artists -- all they need to do is propose a bill in Parliament that "ECI cant use electronic device and must use paper ballots". They do NOT need to meet President, ECI or make noises in Parliament

In 1988 or so, first election was held using EVM.
.
The Supreme Court after election ruled that "People's Representation Act ONLY talks about paper ballot, and not electronic means, and so till MPs amend the act, ECI shall not use EVMs".

One year later, the then PM Shri Rajiv Gandhiji forced MPs to change the law and write a clause which says that ECI can use EVM and word "ballot paper" and EVM would mean same.

Only after than, EVM became legal.
.
So MPs can now very well remove that section in PRA and instead write "ECI must use paper ballots and not use any electronic or non-paper device to collect votes", and with that EVMs will get banned.

But instead of printing this clause, we see that AAP / Congress MPs are only shouting everywhere,
.
Suffices to say, that they are all pro-EVM in reality. And they are ONLY make noise to ensure that anti-EVM activists remained glued and NOT create any EFFECTIVE anti-EVM campaign.

So if you are anti-EVM, pls dont waste time with Congress / AAP MPs. And RSS MPs are openly pro-EVM. And so if you are anti-EVM, then pls dont waste time with RSS MPs as well.
