Can Modiji print 2 child law? YES, by labeling it as money bill and thus bypassing Rajya Sabha

The constitution says that Speaker of Loksabha has power to label any bill presented in Loksabha as money bill. And once a bill is labeled as money bill, Rajya Sabha's permission is NOT required. A simple majority in Loksabha will suffice to convert the Bill into law.

People of India have given 280 MPs to Modiji in Loksabha, which simple majority in 543.

So if Modiji has political will and if Modiji are NOT compromised (i.e. Modiji isnt MMS2) , hen he can pass 2 child law within days by marking it as money bill.
