If India had printed referendum law in 1950, then Ram Janam Bhoomi Devalaya, Krishna Janam Bhoomi Devalaya and Kashi Vishvanath Devalaya all would have been made by 1952
.
But in 1950, all leaders of Congress, RSS (*) , CPI etc unanimously agreed on one thing --- thee should be NO referendum law in India !!!

(* RSS = RSS + BJP, just as Gangadhar = Gangadhar + Shaktimaan. And back in 1950s, BJP was known as Jansangh).

Apex leaders like Congress, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Duratma Gandhi, Shyamaprasad Mukherjee, Namboodripadd etc all opposed proposal to print referendum procedures in Indian Gazette.

And today, we have SoGa / NaMo / ArKe opposing the proposal to print referendum laws in Indian Gazette.

Even in late 1980s, when demand to make TriDevalaya grew, Congress / RSS / CPI leaders opposed proposal to print referendum law.

RSS leaders and RSS workers knew that referendum can get TriDevalaya made within 1 year,. But they also opposed the proposal to print referendum laws in India even in 1980s and 1990s !!!
.
The reason was --- they wanted to milk the TriDevalaya issue to gain votes, and gain political positions, and milk money from those positions. The referendum procedure would have taken away that oppurtunity to milk the issue for years to come.

Today, RJB Devalaya movement is NOT advancing due to RSS. It is advancing despite RSS. Otherwise, RSS only wants to milk votes from this issue.

And now RSS has killed Kashi Vishvanath Devalaya issue and Krishna Janambhoomi Devalaya issue from public memory. As late as 1988-1990, we had activists distributing pamphlets of Kashi Vishvanath Devalaya and Krishna Janambhoomi Devalaya. Today, RSS workers even refuse to mention it !!!

My point is --- those who want TriDevalaya should dump SoMoKe and CoBhApSwaRa and instead work to promote referendum law-draft in India. SoMoKe and Congress / RSS / AAP leaders only want to milk issues for vote, positions and money in that order and are not interested in solving any problem.
