ECI refuses to give EVMs to hackers etc. And then ECI says "prove EVMs can be tempered by insiders" !!!

In Germany, their election authorities sold EVMs to hackers at cost price. Hackers showed 100 ways by which EVMs can be tempered by insiders at large scale in ways people outside wont even suspect !!! And so finally, public demand to ban EVMs grew and so EVMs in Germany got cancelled

In India, leaders like SoGa / NaMo (and ArKe till date) supported ECI's stand that "private hackers MUST not be given any EVMs" !!!
.
Congress / RSS()*) (and AAP till date) workers also supported ECI's stand that EVMs must NOT be given to private hackers even at cost price. Even old EVMs, which are thrown away are NOT given to hackers at cost price !!
.
Even now, ArKe has NOT put any demand that EVMs should be sold to hackers at cost price !!!
.
So hackers cant touch EVMs. And the Congress / RSS (and AAP till date) workers and SoGa / NaMo (and ArKe till date) andhbhagats shout --- prove that EVMs can hacked at large scale !!

(Till date, ArKe and ArKe-andhbhagats never opposed EVMs. only now they are opposing EVMs. None of heir MPs have put private member's bill to cancel EVMs)
