We activists at Right to Recall Party should work to create a twitter id for EVERY voter in India, so that every voter can send his complaint etc DIRECTLY to @PmoIndia , @CmState or @CityMayor as applicable via twitter .

Even those who have NO smartphone but have ONLY ordinary phone can send tweets via SMS. A smartphone will be needed to create twitter ID. But once ID is created, tweets to @PmoIndia , @CmState or @CityMayor (or anyone) can be sent from ordinary phone via SMS

We activists need to approach every activist / voter via newspaper advt, pamphlet etc and convince all voters to create id on twitter

And we should also convince ALL smartphone owners to create ID on FB.

Eventually, we need a Govt. website like twitter / FB with one id and exactly one id per citizen. Because twitter / FB / WA are all run by CIA and will be unreliable on D-day. But as of now, only option we have are twitter / FB. And so right now, we need to go with that.
