how stupid (or rather corrupt) are our law-drafters

POSCO says --- a man above 18 years of age has physical relation with a female below 18 years of age, then that man can be committed of rape.
.
So now what if man's age is say 19 years and wife's age is 17.5 years and both are legally married?
.
POSCO doesnt spell out !!!
.
And IPC says that "if girl is above 16 years and man is legally married to her, then physical relation is NOT rape or any crime. " !!
.
Such glaring inconsistencies and incompleteness in lawsw are mainly because CoBhAp MPs dont want to "waste" their time in law-drafting but want to focus on bribe collection ONLY !!!

Can sex with wife, who is above 15 and below 18 years of age, be termed as sexual assault under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act in the event of glaring inconsistency with IPC which does not hold it as rape, the Supreme Court today posed this question to the Centre.

Section 375 (rape) of IPC has an exception clause which says "sexual intercourse or sexual acts by a man with his own wife, the wife not being under fifteen years of age, is not rape."
