All major actions and deliberate non-actions of NaMo cause (a) massive gains to foreign elitemen and Missionaries (b) cause huge loss to Indian elitemen - productive elitemen as well as unproductive elitemen (c) cause huge loss to Indian temples and Hinduism (d) give some small benefits to commons along with pleasure that Indian elitemen suffered losses

On the whole, NaMo's major actions and deliberate non-actions are only benefiting foreign elitemen / missionaries at the cost of India

Consider notebandi.

The prices of small / midsize apartment has decreased only by some 10% only (and builders still ask for 10% to 15% cash, and cash % rises as time goes and will be soon back to 30% to 40%.). Whereas prices of large plots in metro have reduced by over 30% !!! Why? Because large businesses are in debt and their factories are not generating profits due to reduction in sale due to notebandi. So Indian elitemen , be productive or non-productive, have no option but to sell their large plots asap. But who will be buyers? Most buyers will be foreigners such as Mauritius bankers or their companies (who will pay 0% to 7% income tax only). And commons in India are gloating due to notebandi, because as they believe, rich have suffered a huge loss.

Was unaccounted cash a real reason for bloat in real estate prices, NO. NEVER. Consider a flat of say 1000 sqft in Ahmedabad in a good area. Cost of such flat (before notebandi) was being sold for Rs 50 lakhs,. Construction price would be bnly Rs 10 lakhs and rest was price for land. Most builders would ask for say Rs 35 lakh cheque and Rs 15 lakh cash. Now lets say black money stops. Then Rs 15 lakh cash becomes Rs 10 lakh cheque. So price of flat would be Rs 45 lakh instead of Rs 50 lakh - a decrease of only 10%., not 30%.

The reason for increase in flat prices was articifial scarcity of urband land created by leaders like SoGa / NaMo / ArKe and laws printed by same leaders which promote hoarding of urban land !! If laws which create artificial scarcity are removed and laws which promote hoarding of land are removed, then flat prices would fall from (Rs 10 lakh for construction p+ Rs 40 lakh for land = Rs 50 lakh) to (Rs 10 lakh for construction + Rs 5 lakh for land = Rs 15 lakh) !!!

So so called black money increases flat pries ONLY by 10%. Whereas law-drafts printed by SoGa / NaMo / Arke which create artificial scaricity of land and promote hoarding of land increase flat prices by 200% tp 300% !!

But using bikau journalists like bikau Goswami, bikau Sardesai, bikau Brakha, bikau Ravish and bikau economists like bikau Gurumurty, bikau Shourie, bikau Ankleshwari, a mirage was created that ONLY black money, and not absence of wealth tax, has caused rise in flat prices !! And sponsors of NaMo forced / mribed (mribe = offering media publicity as incentive) NaMo to do notebandi and break back of Indian factory owners,

Next consider coming crusade against so called benami property. Well, here too, much of increase in land prices is due to "naami" land hoarders and benami create only less than 5% !!! eg some 5 families owne over 20000 acres of land in Mumbai !!! And 100% of their land is "naami". How much would be benami land holding in Mumbai? Not even 5% of these naami land hoarders !!! So NaMo will start a crisade against benami, which is surely not wrong. But look at NaMo's deliberate non-action --- he has refused to take an iota of action against naami land hoarders who are 20 to 50 times bigger problems !!!

Further, NaMo has refused to impose any wealth tax on so called Charitable Trusts etc. Who gets most benefits from this deliberate non-action of NaMo? The foreign elitemen and Missionaries. How? The missionaries are the biggest land owners in in urban India (after govt of India). And US elitemen have foudations like Fraud Foundation and Rockefellar Foundations whow are buying land by trainloads in India !!! All their lands will be free from wealth tax !!

Always read laws that leaders print and always read laws that leaders refuse to print, and never waste time on bhashans they give !! This is wisdom is something I have been following since 1990s.. And I request all to use same wisdom -- read the laws SoMoke are printing, read the laws they are refusing to print and ignore ALL bhashans of SoMoke. Once you do that, you will see that all three are one and same, and all three are working ONLY for foreign elitemen and Missionaries at the cost of India.
