(1) DeMo was meant to break the back of Indian businessmen and Indian factory owners so that USUK elitemen can face much less competition when they come to invest in India in jan-2017
.
(2) Cashlessness is to ensure that Indian businesmen and factory ownerts will have to pay 25% to 35% income tax, and USUK elitemen who have to pay only 0% to 7% will be able to take over many many sectors of economy
.
(3) Cashlessness also promotes use of android devices which US Govt can shut down in case new Indian Govt decides to go against USA

The other points such as transaction charges, queues, temporary losses are minor. Pls focus on three main points ONLY.
