Surgical strike during congress regime 2004 to 2014

(2) No claims for surgical strikes between 2004 to 2009.

(3) An ex-DGMO, apex Army officer, has called Congress leaders liar. ex-DGMO says that no such surgical cross border strikes happened during congress days

(4) Congress leaders SoGa / MMS etc have so far refused to publicly ask PM or Defense Minister Parriker to confirm or deny this information about 3 strikes and ask existing DGMO (not an ex-DGMO) to make statement. .

Till congress leaders dont PUBLICLY ask Defense Minister to confirm or deny these strikes, we should assume that congress leaders are speaking lies. Or may be, give them say 7 days time.

And critical information, whether USA's approval was taken in this strike and previous strikes, is missing in congress leaders' statement. This shows that all three parties --- Congress, BJP , AAP -- are more interested in covering the fact on USA's approval than anything else.
