Did India take approval of USA before surgical strike?

paid-Firstpost article gives a POSSIBILITY that GoI had taken prior approval of USA before going for 28-sep offensive.

So I am not sure. But paidmediamen are making such statements. And I think they may be right. Because if CIA had faintest idea about India about approximate time and approximate place, then using satellites, they could have tracked down all our soldiers

One other interesting event must be mentioned that risks going beyond the radar. Though the Indian surgical strike was calculated and well-planned, it would be foolish to assume that US was completely in the dark about it.

Interestingly, as a report in The Times of India points out, India's national security adviser Ajit Doval, who reportedly monitored the entire operation flanked by the Army chief and defence minister Manohar Parrikar, got a call on Wednesday morning from his American counterpart Susan Rice.

According to the report, Rice completely toed Indian line on Uri and "offered condolences to families of the Uri attack victims and expressed support for India on the issue of terrorism."

NEW DELHI: India on Wednesday is understood to have briefed the USA on possible surgical strikes that Indian Army could carry out across the Line of Control against Pakistan based terrorist launch pads.

The issue of the Army action against terror groups that India was planning to conduct is learnt to have figured hours ahead in the conversation between national security adviser Ajit Doval and Susan E Rice, who also discussed additional measures to counter terror in Af-Pak region people familiar with the matter said.

The phone call come after the operation had ended. And phone call is not proof that US's approval was taken. But firstpost is hinting that US's approval was taken !!

I always wondered how our soldiers can deal with satellite surveliience and humint of CIA. But CIA knew all along , and deliberately didnt alert Pakistan. And this was because NaMo has promised to handover Indian economy to USUK elitemen via FDI !!!
