Consider surgical strikes of 28-sep.

Say US satellites and US spies in India were all helping Pakistan.
.
Then it would have been impossible for India to conduct this operation.
.
So if such operation (a big if that such operation actually happened), then what was the cost of convincing US-elitemen that "pls dont help Pakistan this time"?.

For those who still dont know, during Kargil war, NaMo had spent some 40 days to 60 days ( or more), as representative of ABV, in USA. And he had appealed to US-govt-officials and IMF/WB apex-officials to force Pakistan to withdraw, The in return, ABV had agreed to allow FDI in insurance . agreed to sign first phase of patent laws, also FDI paidmedia, promise not conduct more nuclear tests and so on and on. And if USA had not forced to Pakistan to withdraw, then kargil would have gone on and one, And ABV would have lost next elections. Of course, all paidmediamen refused to give details on role of US-elitemen in the whole Kargil war on how it started and how was ended.

Now paidmediamen are saying that Indian Army may give them some selected videos on surgical strikes of 28-sep-2016. And that would clear all air on scale and nature of such operation.

But the question that paidmediamen will not bother to ask, but an important question before us is --- assume that US-satellites and US spies in India were giving all information to Pakistanis, Then to what extent can we be effective? And if we dont want US-elitemen to help pakistanis, then what cost are they asking for and what cost SoMoKe have agreed to pay?
