Reduce sending water to Pakistan by value that equals thricethe cost we have to suffer due to terrorism say reduce 1000 liters for every Re 1 of damage we face.

And if pakistan sends more terrorists, then reduce more water supply

And if Pakistan goes to war , then fine -- suspend water sending for 99 years.

We can calculate all direct / indirect costs of terrorism , such as increase in defence expenditure due to keeping Military in JK, and all other costs. And add fine of twice that amount. And deduct water whose value equals that amount.

So say cost of terrorism we face is say Rs 200,000 crore. Then add twice i.e. Rs 400,000 crore as fine. So deduct water of value Rs 600,000 crore i.e. (600,000 crore * 1000) liters . , whatever that number is

So either Pakistan will get senses and stop sending terrorists. And if it doesnt, then increase fine from twice to thrice and send lesser water.

Within 1-2 years , it will come to senses

Congress / BJP / AAP leaders, including SoMoKe never even informed citizens about water treaty. But due to social media, activists have become more effective. So this time, it is possible to force GoI to start reducing water supply to Pakistan.

Activists across India since year 1960 to now tried their best to inform all Indians about this.

So people of India didnt know about India-Pak water treaty.

Now activists due to SM have been able to inform crores of voters about this.

So today, we see some leaders and some IAS making some noise on candcelling indo pak water treaty issue !!!

So pls note --- leaders since 1960s have had tendencey not to inform voters and work ONLY when information reaches voters via activists.
