The fence is made by India some 50 meters to 100 meters within Indian land along the India-Bangladesh border. So the men who on other side of the fence are on Indian land, and BSF can legally shoot them down !!! But BSF is nowhere to be seen on site. And we cant say whether video is mere exception or some is showing some routine smuggling
.
And btw, BSF comes under NaMo, not under State Govt.

Now NaMo-andhbhagats have said that in this video, cows are being rescued from Bangladesh by bringing them in to India !!! After all, we have no "proof" in the video on which side is India and which side is BD !!!
