I dont know when video was shot and whether the video is real or drama shooting. If video is cooked or made before (24-may-2016 + 108 working days = say 22-nov-2014) , then whatever I have written below doesnt apply.

Now see the fence. Pls see men on other side of the fence,

The fence is made some 50 meters to 100 meters within Indian land along the border. So the men who on other side of the fence are on Indian land, and BSF can legally shoot them down !!! But BSF is nowhere to be seen on site. And we cant say whether video is mere exception or some is showing some routine smuggling.

Now NaMo-andhbhagats had said in from 01-jan-2013 to 14-may-2014 that NaMo will remove corruption from income tax dept, excise dept, service tax dept , BSF all within 108 days after he becomes PM. NaMo-andhbhagats were also telling all that cow smuggling across India-BD border will end within 108 days after NaMo becomes PM.

I had asked them if it is 108 calendar days or 108 working days , which means about 180 calendar days? Or shall it be 54 days, because NaMo as per legends works 24 hours a day? Or is it 48 hours a day?
.
But anyway, well, over 108 days have passed. Well over 800 calendar days and well over 500 working days have passed.

Now corruption in income tax dept, excise etc is as it is and increased at normal rate and decreased where computerization was happening again at same rate. So NaMo-andhbhagats now say that they never made any claims that "NaMo will reduce corruption" !!!

On on cow smuggling, there are no official data and one cant see it like corruption. So NaMo-andhbhagats are claiming that cow smuggling across BD-India border has dropped to zero since 26-may-2016 or 108 days after 26-may-2016 or whatever

I dont know how rampant cow smuggling is. But this video , if this video is recent, then it shows that cow smuggling has not reduced much.

So real question is --- is this video AFTER 108 days after may-2014 or is it before may-2014 ? Depending on that, one can decide

Solution?
.
Solution I propose is Right to Recall Deputy District Police Commissioner in-charge of ending cow slaughter, narcotest over cow slaughter and cow smuggling cases and Jury Trial over cow slaughter and cow smuggling cases. Please note that SoGa \ NaMo \ ArKe have opposed all these 3 law-drafts !!! And almost every CoBhApSwaRa-worker has also opposed these 3 law-drafts. Only we at Right to recall Party are supporting these law-drafts.

SoGa \ ArKe \ Congress-workers \ AAP-workers have openly promoted cow slaughter and cow smuggling. So pro-cow people can dismiss them as solution.
.
So now, if you think that NaMo has been successful in ending cow slaughter in BJP-states, and has been successful in ending cow smuggling across BD-India border, then you can continue to support NaMo.

But if think that NaMo isnt interested in ending cow smuggling, then IMO, you should dump NaMo, NaMo-andhbhagats, BJP / RSS / BST workers. And instead they should work to publicize these 3 laws
.
(1) Right to Recall Deputy District Police Commissioner in-charge of ending cow slaughter

(2) narcotest over cow slaughter and cow smuggling cases and .
.
(3) Jury Trial over cow slaughter and cow smuggling cases.
.
And FYI only Right to Recall party is supporting and working for these law-drafts.
