Video of AAP minister Sandeep Kumar -- a non-hypocrite party could have handled the case differently and left decision on Jurors ; Jurors would have most likely NOT expelled the Minister

Say you are running a company --- say some high tech company or hospital or any company where apex emplyees play critical roles. Say video of one employee comes. Say the females are NOT company employees, vendors, clients or anyone remotely related to company business. And there is doubt that employee was misusing his power / position. But video does show an extra marital affair.

So would YOU expel that employee?

Any real life CEO will say NO.
.
If the lady in video is company employee or vendor or client or someone related to company,. then answer could be prompt YES. But if lady is unrelated to company and there is NO indication of misuse of power or position, and if lady is adult and video has no crime, then most CEO may lie that they would expel such employee, but no CEO in his actual business would expel his employee just because he was having secret affairs outside his marriage.

A rule like - "if your affair gets exposed then you will be fired" can reduce honesty in Ministries. Because a man can be very much honest in business and profession, and may be having NON-CRIMINAL affairs, where he is NOT misusing any power / position. Now such person is far less bad than a corrupt dishonest man who doesnt have affairs. So say we have 10 ministers and 5 are honest in everything else but have affairs and 5 are financially etc dishonest but have no affairs. Then dishonest men can hire a spying agency, and also use honeytrap, and get the 5 honest ones videotaped. And then the honest ones can be blackmailed or get expelled !!! So overall level of honesty will reduce.

Thats why CEOs would never take ANY action when such video come out against their employees unless lady is company employee or related to company business or if there is indication of misuse of power / position. After all, talent of employee is more important than his non criminal vices

The reason why political parties, across world, expel their apex members for NON-CRIMINAL affairs is mainly because political parties are promising hype and so they become victims of their own hype and hypocrisy.

Such hypocrisy makes them prone to blackmail. These days, any good spying agency can put camera in homes or hotels and video anyone who is having affair. And then such video can used to blackmail an HONEST person.

The solution to mess is -- let Jury decide
.
if such Minister should be expelled or not, using narcotest in private, and then portions will be made public where words indicating identity of woman are removed. If I am in Jury, I would look ONLY for criminality, And if there is NO criminality in affair, and if I am in Jury, I would ask Minister NOT to resign.

IOW, a party of non-hypocrites can simply decide NOT to decide, and pass the case to Jury. And most likely, Jurors will see the case same way a company owner sees case of his employee having affair. No employer ever expels committed honest employee just because he is is having affair in which he isnt misusing his position.

But a party of hypocrites, like congress / bjp / app etc cant take such stand. They have created a huge hype of "100% good boys" and knights in shining armors. And so they no option but to expel such minister even if criminality is zero.

So mess will worsen. I am sure that out of 545 Loksabha MPs , 250 RS MPs, 70 Central Ministers, 5000 MLAs and 500 state ministers, at least 20% , or much more have affairs, And I am sure that CIA etc would have managed to honeytrap as well as videotape most of them. And CIA etc can now royally blackmail all of them. And worse, now financially dishonest and men of honest "character" would thrive !!! Damage that India would face due to such hyporcrites is too high to be ignored

SOLUTION?

Solution I propose is that --- if such videotape comes against a Minister where NOTHING is criminal, then CM / PM should ask voters to decide such cases using RTR-Minister OR / AND let Jury of 500 to 1500 voters. decide. In either case, if Minister is otherwise honest, voters and Jurors will throw away the non-complain, unless there is criminality. And so spying agencies will stop making such videos.And damage due to blackmail will reduce. .
