question --- What is the reason behind Russia being a super power in defence security in spite of disintegration of soviet?? Is it that they dont have any problems like poverty, unemployment like us?? Is there engineering education so advanced?? Or do they have RTR kind of system???

My answer --- First Russia is way way behind USA in all fields including weapons. And in weapons, the gap between USA and Russia is increasing day by day. as USA is far ahead in field of microchips and Russia lags. As USA develops more and more complex chips and electronics devices, Russia is falling
.
The strength gap between USA and Russia should be evident from fact that USA hasnt lost its many soldiers in Syria, but via ISIS, USA has been able to cause immense damage to Russia and Russia's allies in Syria. Thats strength --- ability to cause damage via proxy. Can Russia damage ISIS using ONLY proxies? No. Russia had to personally enter the field.

The reason why Russia is lagging is (a) lack of Right to Recall (b) weak Jury System , much weaken compared to USA (c) weake referendum system --- much weaker than USA (d) no multi-elections.

But still Russia did make progress and it is far ahead of India in science, engineering, weapons. The reasons.are

(1) Russia / USSR had elected judges from 1930s till 1990s for all crimes, except crimes against govt officials. The elected judges were impartial, fast and less corrupt. And so career violent crimes were low, and so citizens had safe life and could progress. In India, judges are appointed and there is no Jury System. So corruption in judges is high and crimes are high. So general citizens' life is poor compared to Russia.

(2) The land in Russia was all govt owned. And so building roads , railroads etc was fast. PSUs never got delayed due to land acquition problem.

(3) After 1995, Russia started Jury System for criminal cases. So Jury System has created some prgress

(4) The revolutionaries in 1920s were un-nexused, and spirited (like middle / bottom freedom fighters of India) and invested heavily in maths / science education. In India , middle / bottom freedom fighters were sincere. But apex freedom fighters like Nehru were NOT freedom fighters but mere stooges. While in Russia apex freedom fighters were committed and not puppets of foreign powers. So Russian administration from top to bottom worked to improve maths / science education of masses. In India, the top was never interested in improving maths / science education of masses.

(5) The first generation of leaders of USSR (1920 - 1950) were real fighters and real soldiers and not mere pamphlteeers, slogan shouters and file pushers. The in 1920s, the rank and file of USSR communist party consisted of battle hardened soldiers.. So they all understood importance of military and engineering, Sadly, the first generation of Indian leaders were mere pamphlateers, file pushers and slogan shouters. The apex was puppet of British. and middle / bottom, though , sincere and committed, never fought any real battle. And they never studied history from military point of view,. They did NOT understand importance of Military and so also did NOT understand importance of engineering and science. And so their efforts to improve maths / science education were like headless chickens.

(6) In Russia, there was no private sector till 1990. Across world, private elite tries its best to ruin maths / science education of masses. And India had big private elite. The private elite of India ruined maths / science education of commons. While in Russia, there was no private elite to ruin maths / science education. So maths / science education of commons in Russia improved to phenomenonal level. In fact, till 1980s, maths / science education in Russia was one of THE best in world, far better than USA.. Only some european countries like germany and UK to some extent were ahead.

(7) Communist removed basic poverty in Russia at a much faster rate than in India. And so masses to got more education.

(8) Russia has more per capita natural resources than India,. But having more per capita resources is because Russia could develop a better Military. If Russia had failed to develop good military by 1940, the Russia would lost all its land to first germany and then USA. So higher per capita natural resources i secondary reason.

These are some reasons why Russia is far ahead of India in maths, science, engineering, weapons making etc
